Describe your office space to us
My office looks and feels like a stylish spa at the Four Seasons or the Peninsula Hotel. It has an airy and modern and elegant feel. No detail is to small. Every inch of the space was
designed to give my patient a feeling of serenity, comfort, cleanliness, and a feeling that
they are in a very advanced and hi tech dental office. The main colors of the office are
white, gray, and touches of dark brown. I’ve incorporated accents of glass and orangish
brown mosaic tile in the niches to give accents that give off a sense of creativity and
style. I have recessed ceilings in the lobby and my office that give off a blueish glow
from with in the soffet. The ceiling in the hallway is suspended and gives off a blueish
glow as well. The glass wall in the lobby is clear and has my logo on it, and the doors to
each treatment room is frosted glass.
Where did the inspiration for your office space design come from?
The inspiration for my office design came from my experiences of staying in beautiful
hotels, and appreciating the way certain spaces made me feel. I tried to incorporate
these feelings and emotions into the design, to evoke those feelings in my patients. It’s
important to me that my patients are relaxed and comfortable in my office.
What is your favorite part/design of your office space and why?
I love the lobby. When you walk in your greeted by many arrangements of large white
orchids, a large mirror and a floor to ceiling glass wall. It gives off a positive and happy
feeling. One that also evokes confidence in aesthetics and attention to detail.
Do you feel that having a well designed and inspiring office has changed the way you and your employees work?
Having a well designed office definitely gives me and my employees a sense of pride and
inspiration. Everyday we walk into the office it puts us into a good and positive mood
and that translates into our patients experiencing a world class experience.
If you could use one word to describe the feel of the office space, what would it be?
One word to express my office space would be “chic.”
Tell us about your company and what it means to you to have a well-designed office space.
My office specializes in creating unique, elegant, youthful and beautiful smiles. These
are the adjectives I would use in describing my office. My office has to be an extension
of the values I bring to my work. I enjoy creating beautiful smiles and paying attention
to the little details that differentiate my work from all the others. Always striving to be
the best means having an environment conducive to helping you achieve those lofty
goals. I feel that a well designed office space puts me in the right mind set to give my
patients the ultimate world class experience from the moment they walk through my
doors to the moment they leave looking and feeling younger and happier.
