Describe your office space to us
eOffice 2000 Ltd prides itself on being a consistently innovative coworking environment providing professional office services including full time desk, hot desking, state of the art designed meeting rooms, video conferencing, and virtual offices. We are often complimented on the unique design of our office space and our contemporary yet ergonomical office furniture.
Where did the inspiration for your office space design come from?
eOffice design was created by Pier Paolo Mucelli, founder and CEO of eOffice. Pier got the inspiration from visiting several furniture and design fairs, french exhibitions and looking through magazines. He worked with an interior designer back in 2002, when eOffice was first establish, to create the innovative design of eOffice that has been followed and implemented since then, thanks to the Edward Ashley Carter, who did the graphics and branding.
What is your favorite part/design of your office space and why?
As eOffice prides itself on being a contemporary and innovative work place in both its function and design it is difficult choosing our favourite aspect. Ultimately, we think we would choose the lounge area due to it’s multi-functionality in that it can be both a formal and informal environment, depending on your needs. The large windows in the lounge offer spectacular views of Soho, and the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your lunch while looking out at the ever-changing British sky. The seating area which consists of lounge chairs as well as stool bars allow our clients to either relax while watching television or reading the latest paper or magazines, or sit aside for meetings and general conversations.
Do you feel that having a well designed and inspiring office has changed the way you and your employees work?
When making comparisons with eOffice and other office space, it is easy to identify that eOffice is a much more comfortable environment to be a part of. The relaxed yet professional atmosphere that the environment provides and which eOffice staff uphold daily, help to banish the usual quarms one can feeling when coming to work. Through using complimentary designs, furniture and vibrant colours in our space we have created a calm environment that induces productivity. Our fishtanks, fresh plants and the incorporation of nature in the design of the space bring a fresh new approach to design the working environment.
If you could use one word to describe the feel of the office space, what would it be?
Cutting Edge
Every aspect of our office, from the lounge areas, work desks and meetings rooms, enjoy natural light 360 degrees across each floor. Due to our high ceilings, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, and ergonomically sound furniture, the space is consistently professional, comfortable and contemporary. This relaxed yet professional atmosphere, which eOffice staff work to uphold daily, is accentuated perfectly through the incorporation of complimentary designs, furniture, vibrant colours, tropical aquariums, and plant life, which combine together to create a calm environment that induces productivity.
