Though we loved our last blogger’s home office makeover with its white walls, furniture and accessories, this next makeover’s Green and Black has us re-thinking our office design.

Goodness, where do I begin? Tamara has done an amazing job at transforming her boring, colorless room into this gorgeous, glamorous home office. Although green wouldn’t be my first choice for paint color, the combination with black is really what makes this space work.
Tamara and I have a lot in common with our sense of style as we both have the same book case, and I also have a wall of frames in my office, we both love mirrored furniture, and black office supplies/accessories
I’ll try to keep this list short, but the things I LOVE about this space:

Transform your space, without spending a fortune
If you want to make a big difference in a room, painting it is a great and cost effective way to do it. Start from there and try moving your furniture to change things up. If your desk is by a window try moving it to the opposite wall. You may start to notice that things were in the wrong place, and by doing these small things you’ll see a big change, without spending much money.

I would love to do this frames idea on my big wall in my living room! We have such big families and such great photos from all of our trips I’d love to display it all. This might be my next project.

I’ve been trying to find the right color of green for a wall in my apartment, and this is the exact color I’m looking for but I can’t seem to find it in the paint selection at the paint store I’ve been going to.
Do you have any idea the name of the green color or who makes it? This has been driving me crazy, and I can’t paint the wall or finish my room until I find the color or one very close to it.
