Describe your office space to us
We like to think of our office as a little sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Los Angeles. All of our jewelry is made in LA, and it was important for us to be right in the center of it all. We started with a very minimal high-rise office, transforming it into a warm, highly personalized space that we love to come to work to. Just as a special piece of jewelry adds a personal touch to your wardrobe, personal details in our office make it feel like a home away from home!
Where did the inspiration for your office space design come from?
Our office space is very much an extension of my own personal design aesthetic. I love mixing different styles to create a look that is completely my own, with touches of classic and bohemian, cozy and chic. With unexpected pairings like a glam zebra print rug on an industrial concrete floor to children’s drawings next to letters from high fashion editors on our corkboard, I think our office strikes a perfect balance that encourages and inspires us every day.
What is your favorite part/design of your office space and why?
The gold floral wallpaper creates a fun, girly focal point in our industrial loft-like downtown space. We had a great time getting feedback from fans through social media who helped us pick from several gorgeous options, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We wanted our office to shine just like our jewelry, and we love how it adds a little bling!
Do you feel that having a well designed and inspiring office has changed the way you and your employees work?
Organization is key, especially when managing an inventory of highly customizable jewelry. Creating a system to manage our ever-growing collections was a fun challenge that has turned our team into true organizational gurus. Having good systems in place and a space that reinforces them helps us stay on the ball in a fast paced industry.
Working in the fashion world, it was also important to us to have a clean space that reflected our style for meeting with stylists and clients, while also fulfilling the day-to-day functions of fulfilling orders and putting the jewelry together. The layout of our office allows for it to act as both a showroom and a shipping warehouse, creating a functional and inspirational space to accommodate virtually every aspect of our business.
If you could use one word to describe the feel of the office space, what would it be?

Tell us about your company and what it means to you to have a well-designed office space.
I think something that attracts a lot of people to my jewelry is the versatility and the way it truly represents the woman who wears it. Our designs are simple and signature while remaining classic and timeless.
I love creating pieces that are personal and meaningful, whether it be a State necklace to show some hometown pride or a Letter necklace to represent one’s children. Meaningful design is the backbone of our business, and I’m proud of the way we’ve translated that into our office space as well.
