Describe your office space to us.
The radical re-design led to an inspiring workspace space that allows us to create, design, and aspire… we work in a women’s dream closet! The décor, in line with our brand, is full of jewels, shine and good vibrations with strategically placed accents of color throughout the design studio. We really think it speaks to our love of innovation and fashion and stimulates the creative process every day.
Where did the inspiration for your office space design come from?
It comes from the core of our brand essence and has just enough Dazzle as not overwhelm the senses and yet just enough to create inspiration. We wanted a place where we could have plenty of room to work with product and lay it out just how it would appear on the site, so that we can always evaluate what the customer sees before the styles go live. There’s an organic immediacy we feel with our clients and it’s this connection we want to keep alive.
What is your favorite part/design of your office space and why?
That is a tough one! Honestly, it’d be a toss up between the espresso station and sitting under the pink chandelier. Both places are where we chatter endlessly about romantic and feminine styles.
Do you feel that having a well-designed and inspiring office has changed the way you and your employees work?
Absolutely! Our team and their fresh eyes are continuously inspired with all the diverse working areas where they can concentrate and/or collaborate. It’s now become all about the dynamic process between fashion and fun.
If you could use one word to describe the feel of the office space, what would it be?
ShoeDazzle!
